Busy Bees’ Kindergarten

December 8^th-12th

Thank you for continuing to support our class. We have many fun things planned this month and your involvement and support are precious to us. 

 

December Important Dates:

Monday, December 8^th at 2:25 in Monschke Hall: Miss Rickabaugh’s class is hosting K-2 chapel this week.  Everyone is welcome to join us!

Tuesday, December 16^th at 3:15 in Monschke Hall: Carols, Cocoa, and Cookies.  The entire school will celebrate together.  Please join us for an afternoon of singing and treats.

Wednesday, December 17^th at 9am in Monschke Hall: Our Kindergarten Christmas Play.  This is an event for your entire family; we encourage everyone to attend.  Please keep practicing those lines.  We have been practicing the play and songs in class.  We will send home information about costumes soon.   

Thursday, December 18^th: 2:00-3:00 Kindergarten Christmas Party (volunteer if you can or bring something to share, details to follow).

Friday, December 19^th: Minimum Day (out at 12)

Monday, December 22^nd-Friday, January 2^nd: Christmas Break

 

Homework (due Friday):

1. Rr Handwriting page
2. Rr Phonics page
3. 2-3 choices from the monthly family activity calendar
4. Practice writing and identifying numbers 21-30.
5. Read (at least) 10 minutes with your child every night.
