Busy
Bees’ Kindergarten
September
1-5
We had a wonderful first week in kindergarten!
The kids had fun getting to know us, each other, and our school. They learned some new songs, started working
on sight words, learned about sorting and classifying as well as position
words. We read the story of creation and
learned about the physical features of our earth including land forms and
bodies of water. We also learned about
rules and getting along with each other.
For
this week please remember:
·
To try to
send your child in wearing something orange for our “orange day” on Friday. The
students really
enjoyed this last Friday with our “red”
day.
