Busy Bees’ Kindergarten

January Important Dates:

Monday, January 19^th: No school, No Crosswalk , Martin Luther King Jr. Day  

Friday, January 23^rd: End of 2^nd Quarter (report cards will be sent home next week)

Monday, January 26^th, 2:25pm in Monschke Hall: K-2^nd Character Trait Chapel

Friday, January 30^th: Minimum day, 12:00 dismissal, teacher in-service

 

Homework (due Friday):

1. 100^th day project (due Friday, January 30^th)
2. Write your sight words on flash cards and try to form simple sentences using the cards
3.  2-3 choices from the monthly family activity calendar 
4. Read (at least) 10 minutes with your child every night.  Our Busy Bees are really enjoying reading their Read-at-Home books to us in class!  Thanks for helping them read these books with you at home.  Please practice reading our sight words every night, too.  Keep up the great work!
